Arbitrator notes
- Boons from territories are gained once per cycle (i.e. before battles, unlike in the dominion campaign etc.).
- Max 125 credits per cycle.
- Frenzon collar and ablative overlay are banned in this campaign.
- If you get a free juve or ganger from a territory, you can equip the fighter using the fighters equipment list and/or the gangs stash. Note that you cannot equip heavy or special weapons when using this house rule.
